Samagra Siksha Assam Recruitment notice for the post Assistant Teachers in LP & UP School.With a view to support. strengthen and improve the quality of Elementary Education in the Slate of Assam in compliance with the Right to Education Act2009 and with a view to ensure availability of teachers in Lower Primary and Upper Primary Schools of Assam especially in high pupil-teacher ratio (PTR) schools of remote and isolated areas.
Online Applications are hereby invited in prescribed formal from the permanent resident of Assam qualified in Assam TET conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam for filling up of following posts of Assistant Teachers at Lower Primary and Upper Primary School on contractual basis under the Mom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission as shown in the tables below. Category wise number of vacancies may increase or vary due to resultant vacancies to be aroused from ongoing regular teacher engagement process under Directorate of Elementary Education. No separate advertisement will be published afterwards in case the number of vacancies Increase. Age Limit for the Post –
Minimum age is 18 years for all candidates and maximum age is 40 years for unreserved category, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Parsons with Disability (PwD) as on 1st January’2020 as per Government Office Memorandum vide No.ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02.09.2020. This relaxation shall be applicable only ta those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to crossing of their existing upper age limit of 40 years.
Selection Process for SSA, Teacher Recruitment 2020:
Separate Mart list will be published for each district. The selection of the candidates shall be strictly in order of merit following procedure as per Government norms.
How to apply for SSA:
The eligible candidates shall apply online in the website https://ssa.assam.gov.in from 10:00 AM of 27/09/2020 to midnight of 11/10/2020. No offline application will be received.
A candidate can apply only for one post in one district mentioned in the advertisement. Not following this criterion will lead to cancellation of candidature forthwith.
