In Pursuance of Govt letter No. PHEE/97/2015/468 Dt. 23.12.2020 and C.RH.E’s letter No. PHE-284/Esstt/2015/Pt-I/T-24449-79 Dt. 29.12.2020/Application are invited from Indian Citizen in prescribed Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette part-IX from the intending candidates for filling up following sanction vacant post as mention below under the Office of the Executive Engineer, (PHE), Belsor Division, Belsor, P.O.- Belsor, Dist: Nalbari (Assam) PIN No. 781304.

  • Scale of Pay: (PB-I) Rs. 12000-52,000 + G.P. 3900 PM 

 

Eligibility Criteria for PHE Belsor Nalbari Chowkidar Recruitment 2021

  1. Nationality –  Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the constitution on Indian ordinary resident of Assam and must submit Xerox copy of the proof of Permanent Resident of Assam (Voter I.D., Aadhaar Card/P.R.C.) 
  2. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate – The candidate must have registered their named in the Employment Exchanged and the registration numbers along with the dates must be mentioned in their application. 

 

Age Limit for PHE Belsor Nalbari Chowkidar Recruitment 2021

A candidates must not be less than 18 years or not more than 40 years of Age. As on 01.01.2021. Upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC etc. as per standing Govt. norms.

How to Apply for PHE Belsor Nalbari Chowkidar Recruitment 2021

The application must be accompanied by the following: 

  • Self attested copies of all Certificates/Mark Sheets of Educational and other Qualification, Age, Caste along with other Testimonials including valid Employment Registration Card,. 
  • Affixing one of recent Self attested passport size photograph in the application form and two copies of recent passport size photograph duly self attested along with application. 
  • The application will enclose a self Address envelop (22 cm x 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 10/- along with clearly mentioning thier postal address of communication along with the application. 
  • The last date of receipt of application is 11th Feb/2021 upto 3.00 PM/. No application will be entertained after the last date and time fixed.
  • Application should be submitted through Indian Postal service in ordinary post or in drop box to the office of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Belsor Division, Belsor, P.O.- Belsor, PS-Belsor, Dist- Nalbari (Assam) PIN No. 781304 during office hours. No application on Register post or Speed Post or other Courier Service will be accepted. 
  • Application without proper supporting documents or without passport size photograph or unsigned or incomplete filling of application form will be rejected without giving any intimation to the candidates. 
  • The Committee has the right to accept/reject the application after proper scrutiny of documents/Testimonials etc. with regards to the modalities of selection.The decision of the selection committee shall be final and no claim will be entertained. 

 

Eligible candidates will have to appear for Interview along with original testimonials to be held in the office of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Belsor Division, Belsor or the venue to be finalized by the competent authority which will be communicated to eligible candidate after scrutiny of application in due course of time. The entire process of mode of selection of the eligible candidates will be decided by the Selection Committee.
