PAT Admission Notice 2021 Girls’ Polytechnic Bamunimaidam

Online applications are inv’ted from the female candidates who are Permanent Resident of Assam for registration to appear in the Modern Office Management Test (MOM) -2021 for admission into the 3 (three) years Diploma Course in Modern Office Management (MOM) of PCPS Girls’ Polytechnic, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati for the session 2021-22 

 

Test Center : Admission Test Centre will be declared later on 

 

Eligibility and Age limit are as follows:-

• Entry Qualification Candidate must pass the 12th/ H.S.S.L.C. (Arts, Science or Commerce) from AHSEC or any Other Board. 
• Maximum Age are : For General & OBC – 22 Years 6 Months as on 31/12/2021, For  SC/ST – 25 Years 6 Months as on 31/12/2021

How to Apply for  MOM Course under Girls’ Polytechnic, Bamunimaidam

Candidates are to apply online by logging into www.dte.assam.gov.in and click on “Online Application for Modern Office Management -LMOM 1-2021 will start from 25.06.2021 and will remain open till 25.07.2021 

 

Candidates are requested to read the instructions carefully in the Downloadable Polytechnic Admission Test IPAT)-2021 information Brochure before filling the Online Application form. 

 

In case of difficulty for applying online, candidates may take assistance from their nearest Polytechnic/ Institution. 

 

APPLICATION FEE FOR MOM ADMISSION

An application fee of Rs.500/- (plus bank charges as applicable) is to be paid using “State Bank Collect” , which facilitates payment through Credit Card/Net Banking. Payment may also be made in cash at any State Bank of India after generating the Cash Deposit Form from State Bank Collect’ in final step of Online Application. Further instructions will be available during the on ine application process. Candidates are required to carefully follow the steps while registering online. 

 

Syllabus for Admission in MOM 

• Date of Entrance: Will be declared
• Time: 10 am to 12 Noon  
• Subject : General English & General Knowledge 
• Full Marks: 100 
• Types of  Question paper: Objective & Subjective

 

Important Guideline :

1. Candidates will not be permitted to take admission without Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) after clearing Modern Office Management(MOM)-2021 Therefore, the candidates are requested to keep the PRC ready well in advance for admission. 

2. Non Creamy Layer Certificate required for:- 

   • A O.B.C. (including M.O.B.C.) (Assam) (Non-Creamy Layer) 
   • B Tea Garden & Ex Tea Garden Labour Community (Assam) (Non-Creamy Layer) 
   • C Tai-Ahom(Non-Creamy Layer) 
   • D Koch-Rajbonshi(Non-Creamy Layer) 
   • E Chutiya (Non-Creamy Layer)
