- Overall experience of 20 years in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management /Industrial Relations in any Oil & Gas PSU.
- Expertise in handling issues related to contract labour.
- Expertise in handling vigilance/disciplinary cases and court cases (related to HR issues).
- Expertise in formulation of strategies and handling Trade Union related issues.
- Expertise in framing/review of HR policies.
