NHM Assam Programme Officer and Consultant Recruitment 2021

 

NHM Assam invites Online applications from the candidates willing to work in mission mode with challenging tasks for engagement on contractual basis for the following positions under National Health Mission (NHM), Assam. Candidates have to apply online in the NHM, Assam website: https://nhm.assam.gov.in. Relevant experienced persons currently working with Govt. of Assam are also encouraged to apply to work on deputation basis from various health institutions including medical colleges to NHM, Assam.

 

NHM Assam Programme Officer and Consultant Recruitment Details

1. Consultant (Child Health) 

   • No. of Positions:02 
   • Remuneration per month:Rs.65,000/- +(Negotiable) 
   • Requisite Qualification & Experience: Any Medical/ Public Health graduate � At least 5 years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at State / Regional level, with professional knowledge of Neonatal &Child health is essential and in planning and management of Health sector/RCH programs � Post Graduate training in Pediatrics or Community Medicine/ Public Health is essential. Operationalization & monitoring of SNCU / NBSU / PICU, etc is essential. � Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects � Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred. � 
   • Age Limit:Up to 65 Years as on 31st March 2021.

    

2. Addl.Consultant (MH) 

   • No. of Positions:02 
   • Remuneration per month:Rs.65,000/- +(Negotiable) 
   • Requisite Qualification & Experience: Any Medical Graduate with Post Graduate training in OB&GY or Community Medicine / Public Health. � At least 3 (three) years post qualification work experience in working for RMNCH interventions and at least 3 (three) years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional level, with professional knowledge of Reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health. � Familiarity with theory and practical applications and essentials of maternal health. � Experience in planning and management of Health sector/ RCH programs � Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects.Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred. � 
   • Age Limit: Up to 65Years as on 31st March 2021.

    

3. Consultant (Family Planning) 

   • No. of Positions:02 
   • Remuneration per month:Rs.65,000/- +(Negotiable) 
   • Requisite Qualification & Experience: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College. � 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration. � Computer proficiency –MS Office � High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese. � 
   • Age Limit: Up to 65 Years as on 31st March 2021.

    

4. State Programme Officer (NCD) 

   • No. of Positions:01 
   • Remuneration per month:For MBBSRs. 50,000/- (Negotiable) For Specialist Doctor- Rs.65,000/- +(Negotiable) 
   • Requisite Qualification & Experience:MBBS with minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in health programmes. � Candidates having added qualification like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred. � Candidates must have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and should be able to plan, implement and evaluate large health programmes. � High proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skill. � The person will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state. � Computer Proficiency: 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred. � 
   • Age Limit: up to 62 years as on 31st March 2021

Only short listed candidates will be called for interview for which no TA/DA will be paid. 

List of shortlisted candidates along with schedule and procedure of interview will be published in the website https://nhm.assam.gov.in before the interview. 

No call letters will be sent for attending the interview.
