• Job details: Enrolment as a member of the Circle Quick Response Team (CQRT) as first responder in Revenue Circle as a Of the “Scheme for strengthening Circle Disaster Management Committees”, an initiative Of Assam State Disaster Management Authority. 
• Remuneration: The payment rates applicable in casc of CQRT members will be as per rates mentioned under ANNEXURE-1 which will be paid on attending duty or attending any disaster management training. Each CQRT member will be paid Rs. 120 per day during training. The CQRT members will claim remuneration as per incentive claim form at  FORM-C

 

Eligibility Criteria for CQRT Vacancy:

• He/She should be a of India and Permanent resident of Assam only resident of the concern Revenue Circle will eligible to apply for CQRT Of that revenue Circle.  
• He/She shall have completed the age Of 18 years provided that this age limit may be relaxed at the discretion of the competent authority up to a maximum of 3 ears. A person should not have attained 55 years for enrollment into the CQRT. 
• He/ She have passed at least the primary standard, that is to say, the fourth class, and this condition may be relaxed by the competent authority at his discretion
• The men and women shall be eligible for enrollment into the team. 
• A person shall be entitled to be enrolled into the team, unless he/she is found to be physically
  fit and mentally alert.
• Service in the National Volunteer Team and in the Armed Teams of the Union. Ex-servicemen
  shall be a special qualification. 
• He/she should have interest in sports / NCC / NSS etc. having valid certificates of achievement in
  relevant field will draw extra credits.
• Knowledge Of swimming is an essential criteria.
• He/she should have interest in disaster management activities. He / she should be willing to
  the community .

The application must be submitted as per prescribed Application Form-A. “Application for enrollment as a member of the Circle Quick Response Team (CQRT)” which may be downloaded from www.maiuli.gov.in. 

                      The applicants are required to submit prescribed application form along with self attested photo copies of all documents (Educational qualification/Sports/Physical fitness/any certificates related to Civil Defence/NCC/NSS/any other documents related to Disaster Management) and two copies of recent passport size photographs. 

                       The Applicants are requested to submit applications to the Office of the Circle Officer, Majuli Revenue Circle, Kamalabari, Majuli, addressing to the same.
