Assam State Legal Services Authority, applications are invited from eligible candidates in the standard form as published in part IX of the Assam Gazette for filling up of the following posts on contractual basis under the establishment of the District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup (M), Guwahati Assam within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. 

 

Kamrup(M) Judiciary Job Details

1. Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel 

   • No of Post:01 
   • Age limit(As on 01.01.2021):Not less than 35 years
   • Educational Qualification( As Per the Scheme ):L.L.B. along with practice in Criminal Law for at least 10 (Ten) Years 
   • Consolidated Pay (per month):₹.50,000/- to ₹ 75,000/

2. Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel 

   • No of Post:02
   • Age limit(As on 01.01.2021):Not less than 35 years
   • Educational Qualification( As Per the Scheme ) :L.L.B. along with practice in Criminal Law for at least 7 (Seven) years
   • Consolidated Pay (per month):₹. 30,000/- to ₹ 60,000/

3. Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel 

   • No of Post:02
   • Age limit(As on 01.01.2021):Not less than 30 years
   • Educational Qualification( As Per the Scheme ):L.L.B. along with practice in Criminal Law for at least 3 (Three) years
   • Consolidated Pay (per month):₹. 20,000/- to ₹ 40,000/

4. Office Assistants 

   • No of Post:02
   • Age limit(As on 01.01.2021):18 years to 40 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
   • Educational Qualification( As Per the Scheme ):Graduation along with a six (06) months diploma/Certificate in computer with proficiency in MS Office, Internet & email. Typing speed of 40 wpm is desirable.
   • Consolidated Pay (per month):₹. 15,000/- to ₹ 25,000/
      

5. Receptionist -cum- Data Entry Operator 

   • No of Post:01
   • Age limit(As on 01.01.2021):18 years to 40 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
   • Educational Qualification( As Per the Scheme ):Graduation along with a six (06) months diploma/Certificate in computer with proficiency in MS Office, Internet & email as well as Computer Hardware operation
   • Consolidated Pay (per month):₹. 15,000/- to ₹ 25,000/
      

6. Office Peon 

   • No of Post:01
   • Age limit(As on 01.01.2021):18 years to 40 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
   • Educational Qualification( As Per the Scheme ):Class 10th passed 
   • Consolidated Pay (per month):₹. 10,000/- to ₹ 15,000/
