IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2021 -SRF Position

IIT Guwahati invited  Applications for an Online Interview to be held on19th July 2021from 10 am for the following temporary positions in DBT sponsored project entitled, “Development of Nano-ensemble Kit for the Detection of Clinically Relevant Serum Biomarkers.”The term of the appointment is maximum 11 months extendable to the date of co-terminus of the project.

1. Position: SRF (Direct):

   • Number of post: 01
   • Scale of pay: Rs. 35000/(fixed) per month + HRA and medical OPD facility as per institute rule. 
   • Qualification:B Tech/M Tech in Biotechnology with GATE(qualified). The candidate is preferred to have at least 2-3 years of research experience in the area of Cancer Signaling & Therapy, EMT Dynamics and Application of Nano biotechnology.

2. Position:Scientific Administrative Assistant(SSA):

   • Number of post: 01
   • Scale of pay: Rs. 18000/(fixed) per month + HRA and medical OPD facility as per institute rule. 
   • Qualification:Bachelor Degree in Arts with 2-3yearsof extensive experience in scientific administrative or similar position(s). The person mainly needs to work at the outstation offices with the same salary.
