The draft Electoral Roll has been published on 18 November 2020. All citizens are requested to check their names in the rolls. The Roll will be available with the Booth Level Officer of your polling station or Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency of which you are a voter. It is also available at the Chief Electoral Officer, Assam’s website www.ceoassam.nic.in and www.nvsp.in
If you want to add your name to the roll, or object to any inclusion, or request deletion of a name, or request any modification of particulars, or want to transpose to another polling station, please follow the following instructions:

Enrollment of names –If you are an Indian citizen who has attained the age of 18 as on le January 2021, you can register as a new voter, and include your name in the Electoral Roll. To do so, you can fill in Form 6, and submit it along with Proof of age, Proof of Ordinary Residence and Passport size Photograph.

Objection/Deletion of names –
For deletion of a name OR raising objection on inclusion of a name in the electoral roll/voter list, you can fill in Form 7 and apply.

Correction of Particulars –
For any correction of any detail on the Voter List/Electoral Roll, you can fill in Form 8 and apply. For correction of photograph, one passport sized photograph should be attached on the Form.
- Transposition of Entry –
If you would like to transfer your name from one Polling Station to another Polling Station in the same constituency, you can fill in Form 8A and apply.
Where can I find the Form?
Forms can be downloaded from the website www.ceoassam.nic.in. The Forms are also available with the Booth Level Officer of your polling station and Electoral Registration Officer of your Assembly Constituency.
Where do I submit my Application?
You can submit your application to the Booth Level Officer of your polling station OR Electoral Registration Officer of your Assembly Constituency. You can also submit Forms online through www.nvsp.in
