Pay Scale – Usual scale and pay and allowances as per existing Rules of Govt. of Assam.
Reservation – Out of the 2 posts. one post is reserved for ST(P) and one for OBC/MOBC & Driver post is Un-Reserved.
Qualification: Minimum Class VIII Pass. those who have passed Class XII and above shall not be eligible.
Age Limit: Age relaxation will be as per prevailing rule of Govt. of Assam.

How to Apply for Grade IV Post in Designated Court Kamrup Metro:
The application should be addressed to the ‘Judge, Designated Court, Assam, Guwahati-781001″ and the envelope containing the application and other documents should be superscribed as ‘Application for the post of ” It is made clear that the candidate must clearly specify in his/her application for which of the post he/she is submitting candidature. A candidate may however, apply for more than one post by filing separate application.
Self -attested copies of relevant Academic Testimonials including Certificates/ Admit Card in support of age, Qualifications. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and proof of residence. Valid driving licence issued by competent authority for the post of driver shall be enclosed with application.
No separate intimation will be made to the applicants for the date/time/place of interview. The applicants are directed to visit the Kamrup (M) District Judiciary website www.kamrupludiciary.govin for further information like List of eligible candidates/ Place and date of interview/Technical driving skill, which will be notified after fifteen days- from the last date of submission of application form. No personal/ individual communication will be entertained by the selection committee in this regard.
