1.Team Leader 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy or a closely related field from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) – 1,50,000 – 2,15,000
  
• Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
• Experience:At least seven years of experience, with more than five years of experience in government and public sector .The candidate should have handled one large project on all aspects
  from concept to implementation stage.The candidate should be aware of banking norms, government processes, procedures, stakeholder management and implementation strategies.

2.Legal Expert 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) –1,50,000 – 2,15,000
  
• Age Limit:Not more than 40 years
• Experience: At least five years of legal advisory experience of / with government (as a regular employee or consultant).

 
3.Banking Expert 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
  
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) – 95,000-1,60,000
  
• Age Limit:Not mentioned
  
• Experience: At least five years of work experience in rural /development banking / financial services including insurance,pension, etc.
  

 

4.DBT Domain Expert 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Master’s degree from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) – 1,50,000 – 2,15,000
  
• Age Limit:Not more than 40 Years.
• Experience: At least seven years of experience, with more than five years of experience in government and public sector.
  

 

5.Training and Coordination Expert 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) – 95,000-1,60,000
  
• Age Limit: Not more than 40 Years.
• Experience: At least three years of experience, with more than two years of experience in government and public sector
  

 

6.IT Support Associate 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science or MCA or a closely related field from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) –55,000-90,000
• Age Limit:Not more than 35 Years
• Experience: At least three years of experience, with more than one years of experience in banking and financial services sector.
  

 

7.Grievance Redressal Associate 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Bachelors from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) -35,000-51,500
• Age Limit:Not more than 40 Years
• Experience: At least three years of experience, with more than one year of experience in a similar role
  

 

8.Multi-tasking Assistant 

• No of Post:01
• Qualifications:Minimum Bachelors from any recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
• CTP Range / Month (Rupees) –20,000-25,000
• Age Limit:Not more than 30 Years
• Experience: At least three years of experience in office works
