The ARIAS Society invites application for the following nine (9) purely contractual positions under the World Bank financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) & Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project (ACCSDP). The interested eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined under the Constitution of India and fulfill the minimum required qualifications & experience in brief, and the age and the indicative remuneration etc as per the respective Terms of Reference (ToRs) provided in the website of ARIAS Society (Recruitment section) (URL: http://www.arias.in/career.html) may apply accordingly.

Details of ARIAS Society Recruitment


1. Investment Facilitation Manager (IFM) 

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Finance/Business Administration/ International Business/ Economics/Industrial Relations or a closely related field. 
  • Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in facilitating private sector investments to state/central Government. Computer Skills: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
  • Age: Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st August, 2021
  • Remuneration (in Lakh per annum):Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20

 

2. Agribusiness Specialist (ABS) 

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: Post-Graduate in Agribusiness/Agribusiness Management/Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation/Agribusiness Economics from any recognized university/approved Institutions. 
  • Experience: Must have at least seven (7) years experience in Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness, and Value Chain Development, Entrepreneurship Promotion, Cluster Development, Investment Promotion, facilitating ease of doing business, funding mobilization to agro entrepreneurs, experience of managing investment funds and venture capital or related activities. Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
  • Age: Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st Aug.’2021. However, at the discretion of SPD, for candidates having exceptional relevant experience and qualification, the age limit may be relaxed
  • Remuneration (in Lakh per annum):Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20

 

3. Manager - Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development (MIED)

  • No of Post:
  • Qualification: M.Sc. / three or four year Bachelors professional degree program in Life Sciences/ Bio-medical sciences/ Pharmacy and any other allied Biotechnology areas from a recognized institute. 
  • Experience: The MIED must have at least seven (7) years of experience; preferably in promotion of innovation/ entrepreneurship/ Incubation. Managing the program related to Biotech promotion, Biotech Incubator/ Agri or food business incubator/technology business incubator in the capacity of incubator manager/team leader/CEO or a similar position. Computer Skill: The MIED must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
  • Age: Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st Aug.’2021. However, at the discretion of SPD, for candidates having exceptional relevant experience and qualification, the age limit may be relaxed.

4. Manager - Funding & Investment Facilitation (MFIF)

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance) from a recognized institute with at least. 
  • Experience: The MFIF must have at least seven (7) years experience; fund raising, finance, or investment promotion, investment analysis, Experience in evaluating agri/food/ biotech projects and identification of investment opportunities and facilitating investment, experience in programs aimed at increasing access to finance and investment for agri/ food/biotech enterprises. Computer Skill: The MIED must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
  • Age: candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st August, 2021.
  • Remuneration (in Lakh per annum):Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20


5. ICT Infrastructure Specialist (ICTIS)

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: Post Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Information Systems/ICT Infrastructure from any Govt. recognized university; 
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience from the date of passing his essential qualification in managing ICT infrastructure in public/reputed private sector agency(ies) at leadership position. Computer Skill: Proficiency in Computer Skills including experience of using Internet based applications, Network Monitoring applications, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc.
  • Age: candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st August, 2021. Remuneration (in Lakh per annum):Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20


6. Data Analyst (DA) 

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: Master in Statistics/Economics or closely related subject from any recognized university. Should have good skills on Data administration, data management, and computer and information technology. 
  • Experience: The candidate must have at least 10 (Ten) years of experience from the date of passing his/her required educational qualification in Data Analysis of projects for any public or private sector organization. Computer Skill: High level of Computer Skills, including proficiency in Internet based applications, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc.
  • Age: Candidate shall not be of more than 50 years of age as on 1st August’2021.
  • Remuneration (in Lakh per annum):Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20

 

7. Project Management Coordinator (PMC)

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: The PMC should possess at least a Graduate degree (minimum three years duration) in any field from recognized University/Institution. 
  • Experience: The PMC must have at least five (5) years (from the date passing his/her required educational qualification) hand on experience in project managementactivities in any World Bank Project or public/ private sector organization. Computer Skills: Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)Including email.
  • Age: Candidate shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 1st August’2021
  • Remuneration:Rs.4.20 to Rs.6.60

 

8. Project MIS Specialist (PMIS)

  • No of Post: 1
  • Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/Information & Communication Technology or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions. 
  • Experience: The candidate must have at least 10 (Ten) years of experience from the date of passing his/her required educational qualification in managing MIS/IT systems of a reputed public/private sector agency in a leadership/ managerial capacity. Computer Skill: The PMISS must be highly proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc and also at least one programming languages and one database such as PHP, JAVA, MYSQL, Oracle etc. The PMISS should also be familiar with the open source applications and software’s.
  • Age: Candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st August 2021
  • Remuneration (in Lakh per annum):Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20

 

9. Monitoring & Evaluation Executive (M&EE)

  • No of Post: 10
  • Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics/Statistics/ Agriculture /Ag Economics/Engineering or a relevant field from a recognized university. 
  • Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in humanitarian and /or development organization in designing, implementing and overseeing M&E related task. Computer Skill: Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) including email.
  • Age: candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st August, 2021
  • Remuneration:Rs.4.20 to Rs.6.60
